1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneClickClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use OneClickClaw, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 14 years old.
• You must have a working internet connection.
• You must have a valid Google account to register and sign in to the Service.

3. Account Registration

You sign in to OneClickClaw using Google OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access your email address and display name from your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your OneClickClaw account.

4. Description of Service

OneClickClaw provides a managed hosting platform that allows you to deploy and run OpenClaw AI agent instances on dedicated virtual private servers (VPS). We handle the server setup, deployment, and maintenance so you can focus on using your agent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OneClickClaw only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service or any VPS instance provisioned through it to:

• Host illegal, harmful, or malicious websites or content.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-abusive processes.
• Launch, facilitate, or participate in cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, phishing, spam, or any form of network abuse.
• Store or distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

6. Enforcement and Account Termination

If we detect or reasonably suspect that your account or VPS instance is being used for any prohibited activity described above, your account will be permanently banned without prior notice. All agents, data, and VPS instances associated with your account will be immediately and irreversibly deleted. There is no possibility of recovering deleted data. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. We reserve these rights to protect our infrastructure and other users.

7. Payment and Billing

OneClickClaw uses Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy below.

8. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible, you must not have actively used the Service beyond the 7-day window. After 7 days, all payments are final and non-refundable. These measures exist to protect our infrastructure from abuse. To request a refund, contact us at support@oneclickclaw.dev.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep OneClickClaw available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

The OneClickClaw platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the property of OneClickClaw. OpenClaw is an open-source project with its own license. Your use of OneClickClaw does not grant you any ownership rights over the platform itself.

11. Limitation of Liability

OneClickClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, downtime, or actions taken by your AI agent.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of OneClickClaw after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
