All payments are processed securely through Stripe. OneClickClaw never has access to your credit card number, CVV, or any other payment card details. 6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Google OAuth, and isolated VPS environments for each user. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information.
7. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination
If we determine that your VPS instance is being used for any illegal or prohibited activities — including but not limited to:
- Hosting illegal or harmful websites or content.
- Cryptocurrency mining.
- Launching cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, or any form of network abuse.
- Any activity that violates applicable law.
Your account will be permanently banned without prior notice. All associated agents and data will be immediately and irreversibly deleted with no possibility of recovery. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.
8. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not actively used the service beyond that period. After 7 days, all sales are final. These measures are in place to protect our infrastructure and prevent abuse.
9. Third-Party Services
OneClickClaw integrates with third-party services to deliver functionality. These include Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Each third-party service has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.
